TIME TRAVEL ADVENTURE FAIR 4/24 PF

Join the fun and celebration at the
FREE Time Travel Adventure Fair
sponsored by the Calvert Crusade for Children, Inc,
a United Way partner agency.

Saturday, April 24, 2010
10 AM - 4 PM
King Memorial Park, between Duke and Church Streets
Prince Frederick
 


Music, drama, activities and games will enliven the park as treasure hunters follow clues to the prize.
Child and Adult Treasure Hunts


Celebrating Calvert's Past, Present and Future! 
Join the celebration by dressing in historical garb, futurist attire or 'as is' present clothing


FREE EVENT, except for Treasure Hunts
$5 Adult Treasure Hunt, $3 Youth Treasure Hunt
$15 maximum per family.
Childen must be accompanied by an adult.

Those completing Adult Treasure Hunt
 will be entered into a raffle for Great Prizes!
Each child will receive a small prize.

For family/child hunt, park at Trinity Church, cross Church St. to Gazebo for Registration and Event Program.  Behind old P.F. Library on Duke Street there is only Handicapped parking – park at County Executive Plaze or elsewhere off Duke St. and walk to behind old Library.
HUNTs available all during the event.

As a Comcast Annual Volunteer Day supported charity, we receive Comcast funds for every volunteer who assists this event. Volunteer at 410-535-2938, or day of the event at Registration booth at Gazebo, or behind old P.F. Library on Duke Street.  We need many volunteers!



  • Set-up for service organizations will begin at 9:00am on Saturday
    ·         You may unload your items in the parking lot at 30 Duke Street, Prince Frederick (old library across from the Post Office) 
    A  Welcome Station will provide information on where your table is located and answer any other questions you may have
  • A covered table and 2 chairs marked with your organization's name will be provided . Cars must be removed from the Duke Street parking lot by 9:30am
  • Parking for service organizations will be provided at the far end of the Prince Frederick Shopping Center (signs will be set-up showing where to park)
