The 100 Best Communities for Young People is a competition which recognizes outstanding community-wide efforts that improve the well-being of youth. The competition also inspires other localities to take action to ensure they’re meeting the challenges facing their young people

A coalition is forming in Calvert County to pursue this designation in 2010. 
Sign-on, be active, help Calvert County create Calvert's Promise and receive the
"100 Best Communities for Young People" Award

WHO IS NEEDED:
• Service Provider Organizations
• Local & State Government Agencies
        BOCC has named Commissioner Barbara Stinnett as the America’s Promise liaison
• Youth Groups: Middle and High School age 
•  All local organizations & faith communities that care about our children and youth.

Please, add your strength, actions, and love to increase their well being!

NEEDED BY:
• Agency & Service providers accessing required data
• Citizens sharing stories of a caring community
• Everyone organizing & registering 3-6 members from your faith community, youth group, or organization

to attend
