ALL students planning to play high school sports in 2004-05 need a physical dated AFTER July 1, 2004.  The NECESSARY PAPERWORK MUST be picked up at the main office of Calvert, Northern, and Patuxent High Schools AND COMPLETED BEFORE the physical.  Athletic physicals are arranged by each high school for current and entering students.  For students attending Northern High School they will be provided by Dr. Gerald Sterner's office on the following Mondays:  July 12, 19, 26, and August 2.  Call 410/257-3181 as soon as possible for an appointment.  The cost is $20. Appointments are made through the school office for both Calvert and Patuxent High Schools. Calvert Physical Therapy will provide exams for students attending Calvert High School on July 27 and 29, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY for $15 (Call 410/535-7330).    Patuxent High School physicals will be given Fridays July 16 and August 6, 1-5 PM BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, for $15 (Call 410/535-7865).  Students MUST be accompanied by their parents or guardians.  If glasses are worn, they should be brought to the physical.  

Arrangments for the Huntingtown High physicals will be finalized before the end of June.
